Returns policy
It is our company policy that all firearm, ammunition (remanufactured and new), and brass casings sales are final, unless they are considered to be factory defective. On all other products we manufacture and/or sell we offer a no hassle 14 day return policy as long as the product has been properly set up and operated and has not been misused.
For firearm purchases, be sure to thoroughly check the firearm for visible defects before transferring it into your name. If found to be defective contact us immediately.
Once we have received your item we will issue you a refund minus the cost of return shipping, via the same method of payment.
Before returning your items notify us using the form below. Return your items in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Since the items are your responsibility until we receive them, be sure they are correctly addressed and packaged securely as we can not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Damaged and defective items
Our quality control makes excessive efforts to ensure that the products we manufacture are up to our high standards, but we do realize that things happen and damaged or defective items may slip through the cracks. Brass casings that we sell will NOT be considered damaged or defective and all sales are final. Ammunition may be considered factory defective if the cartridge:
- has a primer that is missing, damaged, or upside down
- has a casing that is split or crushed
- has a bullet that is not properly seated
- is a "squib" round (when discharged bullet gets stuck in the barrel due to being undercharged with powder)
- is overcharged with powder
In the unlikely event you do receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt explaining the nature of the damage using the form below. We will offer an exchange (if available) or issue a full refund. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for items returned without first notifying us.
